How to access OST emails when Outlook shows data file errors?

Outlook suddenly started showing data file errors and now refuses to load my OST mailbox. I have tried restarting the system and repairing Outlook, but nothing seems to work. The Exchange server connection is also unavailable, which makes syncing impossible. This OST file contains important emails and attachments that I need urgently. I am searching for a way to access and read this mailbox data without relying on Outlook or server connectivity.

There are multiple ways to access OST emails, even after Outlook shows an error, but it depends on you which format is good for you. Firstly, whenever Outlook shows an error or crashes for any reason, converting the OST file is the last option. On the internet, there are multiple formats to save OST files, like PST, HTML, and MBOX, but all these formats depend on someone to open them. Instead of this format, you can choose the PDF format for accessing your crucial OST file data. A PDF file can be opened easily anywhere and on any device. I suggest using FixVare OST to PDF Converter to convert Outlook OST to PDF format with zero data loss. It runs on major Windows and Outlook editions and comes with a demo version, which helps you to understand it.
