Why does my CSV break formatting when converting multiple VCF files?

I’m trying to convert a huge set of VCF files into one CSV, but every time I combine them, the final CSV becomes messy. Some contacts show missing columns, others shift email or phone details into the wrong place. These VCF files came from Android, iPhone, and old backups, so maybe the mixed structure is causing issues. I just want one clean CSV without manually fixing hundreds of rows again.

Hey,

This‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ is typically the case when VCF files from various devices have different field structures. iPhone, Android, and older backups are storing labels differently, so a simple VCF to CSV converter can’t align everything. The solution is to use a converter that first looks at the internal mapping of each contact and then changes it to the new format before export. What I tried and what worked was Softaken vCard to CSV Converter, as it automatically normalizes mixed VCF versions. It managed multiple backups and helped me convert VCF to CSV without columns shifting. Besides that, it maintains a preview so that you can check each contact before exporting. I did Batch VCF to CSV Conversion with this tool, and the resulting CSV was still uniform even though some contacts had additional fields. Furthermore, the free demo can be used to test the mapping before doing large conversions, which is a way to be free of ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌surprises.
