I’m trying to convert a large CSV file into VCF format, but every tool I tried is either messing up the formatting or losing many phone numbers. I need a reliable method for CSV to VCF conversion that keeps the data intact. Any suggestions or steps that actually work?

It‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ might take some work for you to convert your CSV to VCF files because the VCF file format requires correct mapping of fields; otherwise, it is very common to have numbers and names mixed up. The first thing that you should really do is to ensure that your CSV file is not only correctly formatted but also especially the headers, like Name, Email, Phone, etc. The majority of CSV to VCF converter tools fail because the user’s CSV is not well structured. A way of doing it would be to upload your CSV file to Google Contacts, correctly map the fields and then save the file as VCF. In fact, this method is not always compatible with bulk files or a large number of contacts. Alternatively, you can use a dedicated CSV to VCF converter that allows for precise field mapping and bulk data handling. By and large, these tools give you better command, particularly if you intend to convert CSV to VCF and at the same time, keep your contact details ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌intact.
