How do I convert only selected folders from OST to MSG?

I have an old OST file that contains multiple folders, but I only want to convert a few selected folders (like Inbox subfolders and Sent Items) into MSG format. I do not want to convert the entire OST because it’s too large and contains unnecessary data. Is there any method or tool that allows me to select specific folders from an OST file and then export them to MSG format? Manual conversion does not seem to work because Outlook does not open the OST without the original profile. What is the best way to do this? Please suggest an effective solution.
