How to Convert Outlook Express DBX Files to MS Outlook PST File Format?

When I finally decided to move years of old emails stored in Outlook Express to my newer Outlook setup, I realized it wasn’t as straightforward as copying files. Outlook couldn’t understand DBX files at all. That’s when I used the SysInfo DBX to PST Converter, which basically acted like a translator between the two formats.
I opened the tool, clicked “Add Files,” and brought in my Inbox.dbx, Sent Items.dbx, and several old folders from my old system. I liked that it allowed me to preview messages before converting them, so I knew everything was intact. After selecting a destination path and choosing to add the new PST to Outlook automatically, I clicked Convert. In just a few minutes, the tool created a PST file that opened perfectly inside Outlook.
It felt like reviving a long-lost archive—every email, attachment, and folder appeared cleanly in Outlook, just as they were years ago.
