Can I Migrate MBOX Files to NSF Without Data Loss?

I am currently planning to move my email data from an MBOX-based email client (such as Thunderbird/Apple Mail) to IBM Lotus Notes (NSF format). I have several MBOX files that contain important emails along with attachments, folder structure, and timestamps. My main concern is data loss during the migration process. I want to make sure that all emails, attachments, metadata (To, From, CC, date, and subject), and original folder hierarchy are preserved after converting MBOX to NSF. Is it really possible to migrate MBOX files to NSF without any data loss? If anyone has already migrated MBOX to NSF successfully, please share your experience and suggestions.
