Many Outlook users end up with multiple PST files over the years—some from older Outlook versions, some from archived data, some from backups. Managing them separately becomes confusing, and sometimes you can’t even remember which file contains what. The SysInfo PST Merge Tool helps by letting you bring all your PSTs together in one place. You add the files into the tool, review the folder structure, and then choose your merging method. “Merge PST” blends identical folders like Inbox or Sent Items, while “Join PST” keeps the folders separate but organizes them all under one new PST. You can even choose to merge only certain items—emails, contacts, calendars, journals, or notes. There’s also an option to remove duplicate items based on fields like To, From, Subject, and Date. For cleaner results, you can filter data by date or remove attachments. When everything is set, you save the combined file as a new PST or add it to an existing one. In the end, you get one clean, structured PST that’s easier to manage and less likely to become corrupted. |
