Sound coming from both laptop and headphones in windows 10

I'm using Hp Laptop. When playing sound after connecting headphone then sound coming from both laptop and headphones. I have windows 10 intalled. Not sure what should be cause of this.

As per screen shot shared, it seems no driver for head is installed. Please try to reinstall.

Thanks. I resolved issue by reinstalling driver. Now I can see driver for headphone.
