Hi Bob, Use this: DateTime FirstDay;
DateTime LastDay;
FirstDay = new DateTime(DateTime.Now.Year, DateTime.Now.Month, 1);
LastDay = DateTime.Now.AddMonths(1).AddDays(-1);

DateTime object includes leap year. I think it will care of it.
